Main role of the Recruitment Executive is to help us find the right candidates for our organization.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and arrange in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaboration: Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate requirements
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Come up with new advertising campaigns that can help increase app awareness for merchants and consumers
- Responsible for maintaining the social media pages for Finstyle and VAM application and brand position
- The Marketing and Sales Executive will be working closely together with the Project Managers
Requirements
- Recruitment experience preferred but not required
- Diploma, levels or Degree in any discipline
- The individual must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with talking to strangers
- Positive attitude with the willingness & initiative to learn
- Preferable to be familiar with basics of Job Portals
