Main role of the Recruitment Executive is to help us find the right candidates for our organization.

  • Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and arrange in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate requirements
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Come up with new advertising campaigns that can help increase app awareness for merchants and consumers
  • Responsible for maintaining the social media pages for Finstyle and VAM application and brand position
  • The Marketing and Sales Executive will be working closely together with the Project Managers

Requirements

  • Recruitment experience preferred but not required
  • Diploma, levels or Degree in any discipline
  • The individual must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with talking to strangers
  • Positive attitude with the willingness & initiative to learn
  • Preferable to be familiar with basics of Job Portals
