Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of Financial Services Consultants
- Provide professional and strategic financial advice for clients along with bespoke proposals in a consultancy role
- Develop, implement, and monitor goals/performances of Financial Services Consultants.
- Coach Financial Services Consultants to develop strategies to strengthen client relationships
- Consistent servicing and periodic reviewing of clients financial portfolio
- Willing to travel and meet clients to build strong personal relationships
Remuneration
- Allowance of up to $6,000 per month* plus commissions and incentives
