Job Description

Lead and develop a team of Financial Services Consultants
Provide professional and strategic financial advice for clients along with bespoke proposals in a consultancy role
Develop, implement, and monitor goals/performances of Financial Services Consultants.
Coach Financial Services Consultants to develop strategies to strengthen client relationships
Consistent servicing and periodic reviewing of clients financial portfolio
Willing to travel and meet clients to build strong personal relationships

Remuneration

Allowance of up to $6,000 per month* plus commissions and incentives

Recruitment Executive

Main role of the Recruitment Executive is to help us find the right candidates for our organization.

Sourcing Candidates: Use various methods like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and arrange in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Collaboration: Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate requirements
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Come up with new advertising campaigns that can help increase app awareness for merchants and consumers
Responsible for maintaining the social media pages for Finstyle and VAM application and brand position
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be working closely together with the Project Managers

Requirements

Recruitment experience preferred but not required
Diploma, levels or Degree in any discipline
The individual must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with talking to strangers
Positive attitude with the willingness & initiative to learn
Preferable to be familiar with basics of Job Portals
