VAM allows everyone to contribute new ideas comfortably without having to worry about the usual hierarchical structure where the new employees tend to not have a say. The leaders here are always ready to help and listen to new ideas or problems faces, making the office environment a second home to many individuals.

It’s a family-like environment in VAM and everyone is here to support one another and growing as one big family. It’s always a bright day to look forward to.

Being in VAM, I am often given opportunities to practice my knowledge and learn from my experiences. The family here are ever-ready to help. We are always encouraged to think out of the box and given no limits to our creativity.

Sometimes the amount of workload does get overwhelming due to huge team we have here. But I am never afraid that I can’t get work done as I do know that my colleagues would be ever ready to help. We work as a team with high camaraderie and efficiency.
